Super Pig
The Super Pig is an all urethane pipeline pig with replaceable parts. The Super Pig has been known to lasts 30% longer than other pigs due to the special MDI urethane used. The Super Pig pipeline cleaning pig can be redressed in the field 85% faster than the conventional metal body pig (mandrel pig). This feature alone saves down time and requires fewer field support personnel and equipment. Super Pig's unique construction includes a center post, spacers and cups and/or discs which are all made out of urethane. Brushes can easily be added as well for more aggressive cleaning.
