Prover Spheres
In addition to pigging, Spheres are also used in Prover Loops for liquid measurement. The ball travels through a prover barrel activating a detector switch by which calculations are made to determine the amount of liquid passing through the loop.
Material: Urethane, Neoprene, Nitrile
Hardness: 53 - 58
NOTE: Material and hardness should be determined by your application and product in the line.
Drinkwater Products will also fill and size any ball needed.
